Biography

Koichiro Ogata is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Oita College, Japan.

His research interests are Powder flow and Multiphase Flow in Industrial processing. He is currently focusing on the study of dry powder handling such as evaluation of flowability, floodability and cohesiveness of powder, pneumatic conveying and spraying of cohesive powder, and dust collection.
