Important Information

In August, Edinburgh hosts the Edinburgh International Festival and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. In previous years the combined Edinburgh Festivals attracted over 2 million people, which is more than five times the number of residents in the city.

We would strongly recommend that you register for the conference and book your accommodation as soon as possible.

Travel & Visas

Participants requiring a visa for entry to the UK are strongly advised to file their application in their home country at least 3 months before the intended date of travel. Information about visa requirements for the UK can be found on the UK Visas and Immigration website.

If in doubt, more detailed information can be provided by your nearest UK Embassy or Consulate, or from your local travel agency.

Certificate of Attendance

An electronic copy of the certificate of attendance for the conference will be sent to you at the end of the conference. Please notify the Conference Secretariat if you require a paper copy of it.
