Early Career Researcher of the Year Award
We are very pleased to be announcing that the IChemE Particle Technology Special Interest Group will host its Early Career Researcher of the Year Award in conjunction with the CHoPS conference.
The Early Career Researcher of the Year Award celebrates excellence in communicating research outcomes in the field of Particle Technology.
Shortlisted candidates will give a full oral presentation at CHoPS 2024 and a judging panel will rank the finalists. Prizes of £500/£250/£100 will be awarded respectively to the first, second and third place.
The winner will be announced and presented with their award at the CHoPS Gala Dinner which will be held in the National Museum of Scotland
Eligibility
Ph.D. Students and Early Career Researchers who have received a Ph.D. award after 31st August, 2022 can apply for the IChemE Early Career Researcher Award. Proof of eligibility may be requested.

The award has been presented to talented young researcher for over 20 years, historically at the UK Particle Technology Forum but in conjunction with other major conferences since 2014. Some of the recent winners are listed below.
